Data Analyst (CRM Project)

Rate - £450 (a day)

Location - London (Hybrid)

Duration - 3 months (Initially)

IR35 - Outside

Experience within thr Education sector would be ideal but isn't desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of CRM data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Lead on data reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data models that support CRM workflows and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM data supports broader business processes and strategic goals.
• Assist in defining data quality standards and implementing best practices for CRM data governance.
• Support the transition and integration of CRM data with other internal systems as needed.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a CRM environment.
• Strong experience in data reporting, including using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with data modelling principles.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (experience with Azura would be ideal but is not required)
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
