Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers via phone and email to discuss overdue accounts

  • Negotiating and setting up affordable repayment plans

  • Identifying and resolving potential payment issues early

  • Managing vulnerable customers with empathy and care

  • Minimising the need for legal proceedings through proactive communication

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service

  • Staying informed of industry best practices and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confident negotiator with a calm and empathetic approach

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous experience in collections or customer service is desirable
