Brewer Morris are delighted to be partnered with a fast growing Fintech startup that are on a mission to revolutionise cross-border payments.

With a cutting edge payment infrastructure designed to simplify and streamline the global money movement for business of all sizes, they are now looking for a motivated Payment Analyst to join their dynamic team, and play a vital role in scaling internal operations.

This is a newly created role, where you will become a key member of the Operations team, supporting the smooth functionality of the payments ecosystem. From managing settlements and ensuring accurate back office processing, assisting with customer onboarding and compliance cheques, your work will directly impact the ability to deliver a seamless and secure payment experience to the company's clients.

Duties:

路Process and reconcile daily payment transactions

路Manage settlement processes and liaise with liquidity partners for post-trade activities

路Monitor operational metrics and resolve issues promptly

路Administer settlement of FX and liquidity management trades

路Oversee customer onboarding for international payments, ensuring all KYC documents are collected and verified

路Coordinate with compliance partners to validate and approve new business accounts

路Maintain accurate records of onboarding documentation in line with regulatory requirements

路Coordinate with overseas partners to ensure timely settlement and reconciliation of cross-border transactions

路Track outstanding balances and manage payment instructions across partner networks

路Support the treasury team in managing cash flow across partner accounts

路Handle customer inquiries related to payment processing

路Assist in preparing operational reports for internal use and external audits

Requirements:

路1 -2 years experience in payments, banking or a financial operations role (internship or entry level included)

路Strong analytical and numerous numerical skills

路Familiarity with KYC procedures is a plus

路A proactive and solution orientated mindset

路Excellent communication and organisation skills

This role offers a flexible hybrid working environment with 2 days per week in the office.
