We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Specialist to help support a portfolio of beautifully designed managed offices, ensuring both ongoing functionality and high-quality finishes in newly opened spaces.

About the RoleIn this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure all workspaces are operating at their best. From carrying out on-the-spot fixes to coordinating specialist contractors, your work will directly impact the tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first responder for maintenance issues: assessing problems, carrying out minor repairs, or arranging specialist contractors when needed
  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify and report any major repair requirements
  • Overseeing contractor visits to ensure work is completed to a high standard
  • Carrying out day-to-day maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, basic plumbing, minor electrical work, changing locks, and small decorating jobs (e.g., painting, hanging frames)
  • Supporting operational needs during tenant move-ins, including mounting TVs and installing whiteboards
  • Performing light carpentry tasks, such as building or adjusting cabinets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or construction role
  • Skilled with basic tools and equipment, and a good understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a practical, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and presenting yourself professionally on-site
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a focus on safety and quality
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a wider team
  • Basic maths skills for measurements and job planning
