The Role:
As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and supported. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about patient care and delivering a five-star experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome new and existing patients, providing expert guidance on treatment plans.
Clearly explain dental procedures, options, and pricing in an approachable manner.
Manage patient appointments and liaise with dentists and specialists.
Assist patients with finance options and payment plans.
Follow up with patients to answer queries and encourage treatment completion.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
About You:
Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar patient-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional manner.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Confident and open, with a can do attitude.
