We are excited to offer a unique and rewarding opportunity for a Digital Dental Lab Technician / Manager to join our high-end private dental clinic. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and skilled professional passionate about digital dentistry and ready to step into a leadership position within a state-of-the-art clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the in-house digital dental laboratory, maintaining excellence in quality, efficiency, and productivity.

  • Design and fabricate dental restorations including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implants using 3Shape and other advanced CAD/CAM software.

  • Oversee milling workflows for materials such as metal, zirconia, PEEK, and others, ensuring precision and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with dentists and specialists on complex cases, delivering customised, high-quality restorations.

  • Manage the full digital workflow: intraoral scanning ? design ? fabrication ? finishing.

  • Supervise and mentor junior technicians, ensuring adherence to protocols and continual development.

  • Maintain and manage inventory, ensuring the lab is fully equipped and up to date with the latest digital technologies.

  • Monitor and manage budgets while driving cost-effective, outcome-focused improvements in lab operations.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital dental design and laboratory work (preferred).

  • High proficiency with 3Shape CAD/CAM systems.

  • Advanced knowledge of milling techniques and restorative materials (e.g., zirconia, PEEK, metal).

  • Hands-on experience with Digital Smile Design and All-on-6 workflows (essential).

  • Proven leadership and lab management experience.

  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to aesthetic and functional outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Organised and self-driven, with the ability to manage timelines and deliver results efficiently.
