The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily building operations, ensuring a high level of service and efficiency. The General Manager also monitors budgets, optimizes profitability, and collaborates with teams to enhance occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Working hours: 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday.

Salary & Qualifications

  • £52,500 per annum (without NEBOSH qualification)

  • £55,000 per annum (with NEBOSH qualification)

  • Candidates who do not currently hold a NEBOSH qualification will be required to obtain it within the first two years of employment. The cost of the qualification will be covered by the company.
