The Role:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join London boutique. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional with a love for fashion and customer care to support store operations, lead a team, and contribute to delivering an exceptional brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded

  • Provide outstanding, personalised customer service that reflects the brand standard

  • Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team goals

  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with the logistics team

  • Ensure store compliance with health, safety, and brand standards

  • Participate in store events, client outreach, and brand-building initiatives

  • Stay informed on children’s fashion trends and competitor activity to support commercial decision-making

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within luxury 

  • Proven ability to support sales performance and drive customer loyalty

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities

  • A genuine passion for fashion
