- Rotational shifts: 7:45 am – 4:45 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- 1 in 4 weekends required: Saturday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm / Sunday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets.
- Advising customers face-to-face and over the phone, converting enquiries into sales.
- Maintaining high store standards in terms of appearance, safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitoring and motivating team members to achieve targets and deliver excellent service.
- Identifying opportunities to increase occupancy, revenue, and efficiency.
- Handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Taking store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent, including reporting sales and performance figures.
- Assisting with marketing tasks, debt management, and store maintenance issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in sales and customer interaction.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude to achieving targets and handling challenges.
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (retail or customer service environment advantageous).
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis.
