You’ll support the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, hit sales targets, and deliver top-notch customer service.You’ll also step in to lead the team when the Store Manager isn’t around, ensuring the store stays organised, professional, and welcoming for customers and staff alike.Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and help achieve store targets
  • Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
  • Maintain high standards of appearance, safety, and cleanliness
  • Motivate and support your team to deliver results
  • Spot opportunities to increase efficiency, revenue, and occupancy
  • Manage admin and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Cover for the Store Manager, including reporting sales and performance
  • Assist with marketing, debt management, and store maintenance
