- Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone

- Manage admin and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Cover for the Store Manager, including reporting sales and performance
- Assist with marketing, debt management, and store maintenance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in sales and customer interactions
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude to meeting targets and handling challenges
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (retail or customer service experience is a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rota
