Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to play a key role in delivering innovative digital customer engagement solutions? We are working with a dynamic and fast-growing technology organisation at the forefront of digital communication, who are seeking a talented individual to lead and coordinate client projects from inception through to successful delivery.

This business is disrupting how leading brands interact with their customers, helping organisations harness the power of digital messaging, automation, and AI to enhance their customer experience. Their platforms are trusted by some of the most well-known names in the public and private sectors across the UK, providing intelligent messaging systems that integrate across multiple digital channels.

The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be central to the delivery of bespoke SaaS-based messaging solutions for a diverse range of clients. You'll work across internal technical teams and directly with clients to ensure each solution is delivered on time, to scope, and to the highest standard. This is a varied and client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of customer onboarding and software implementation projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Translate client requirements into technical deliverables, working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Maintain regular project updates, risk logs, and status reports.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and data handling best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

What They're Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing software or SaaS delivery projects, ideally within the digital communication, messaging, or tech consultancy space.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Prince2 methodologies.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• A background in working with clients in sectors such as government, healthcare, retail, or financial services is advantageous.

Salary:

• 40,000 - 50,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)
