An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing global business based in South West London. With a strong presence in the hair and beauty sector, this role offers the chance to lead digital strategy across B2B and B2C channels, grow e-commerce platforms, and build an agile marketing team. Working within a loyal, close-knit team, you’ll have the freedom to make a real, lasting impact as the company embarks on its next phase of growth.
Based in South Wimbledon (SW19), this full-time role offers a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, and great benefits including 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and generous staff discount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy across multiple brands in UK and European markets.
- Drive e-commerce growth for both B2B and B2C platforms, including managing the DTC channel.
- Oversee and build a creative team, including content creators, graphic designers, and future social media executives.
- Manage social media and influencer marketing strategies, ensuring brand voice and tone of voice consistency.
- Analyse campaign and website performance using Google Analytics and other platforms to optimise growth.
- Act as brand guardian, maintaining the look, feel, and positioning of all brands across digital touchpoints.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing leadership within the hair, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong track record of managing multi-brand portfolios and e-commerce platforms.
- Expertise in content creation, social media management, influencer partnerships, and campaign analytics.
- Ability to tailor digital strategies across UK and European markets with cultural sensitivity.
- Previous experience in team leadership, with a hands-on approach to building and managing marketing teams.
- A values-driven, collaborative approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Fluency in French would be highly desirable
