Are you a demand generation powerhouse who speaks native-level German? A Leading B2B SaaS Company is hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid marketing channels across the EMEA region, with a core focus on the lucrative German market.

This is a 12-month contract (Outside IR35) role offering a highly competitive daily rate, and you can be based remotely in the UK, Netherlands, or Germany.



Key Responsibilities & Top Must-Haves

  • Own Paid Channels & Revenue: Develop, execute, and audit high-impact paid marketing strategies (PPC, Social Ads, Display, Retargeting) with a strong bias for pipeline and revenue growth, not just MQLs.

  • German Language Expertise (Mandatory): Your ability to create compelling, regionally nuanced marketing content for the German-speaking audience is essential (native or near-native level).

  • Demand Generation & B2B Focus: Proven 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on driving down Cost Per Lead (CPL), optimizing the funnel, and leveraging paid channels for quantifiable business impact.

  • Optimization & Analysis: Rigorously analyze ad performance, implement CRO strategies for landing pages, and run experiments to test growth hypotheses to maximize ROI.
