Currently partnered with a luxury premium brand who are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Digital Manager. This role is instrumental in driving the company’s online growth and requires a proactive team player who is enthusiastic about learning and growing within the company.Â
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing Director to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage the marketing budget, optimising spends on media buying, measuring results, and improving ROI efficiency.
- Develop and execute local and regional marketing campaigns to drive sales, in alignment with sales team insights.
- Ensure all marketing activities are consistent with brand guidelines, including advertising, PR, promotions, in-store POS, and direct marketing.
- Oversee new product releases, optimising product pages and copywriting with SEO strategies.
- Lead paid marketing initiatives across various platforms including search engines and social media.
- Manage ecommerce and marketing projects, such as product launches and multimedia shoots.
- Develop brand assets with agencies for promotional and brand advertising.
- Enhance web and email user journeys in collaboration with digital agencies, supporting a CRO test-and-learn approach for optimal customer experience.
- Construct a promotional calendar with the Sales Director and Senior Ecommerce & Marketing Executive, targeting key trading periods.
- Manage social media strategies to effectively represent the brand.
- Provide monthly sales and marketing reports for management meetings.
- Increase customer feedback volume and grow marketing automation with targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate special events like trade shows and manage all Point of Sale across showrooms.
- Continuously collaborate and share best practices to drive conversions.
- Knowledge of HTML, email development and design, and working with Email Service Providers.
- Agency management experience.
- A degree or professional qualification in Marketing is beneficial but not essential.
