As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on all things digital. You'll take ownership of paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content across multiple channels. You'll be joining a small, close-knit team and working closely with one of the co-founders, who has led marketing efforts to date.

The Role:

  • Paid Media - Take over the management of Google, Microsoft, and paid social media campaigns. Plan, optimise, and scale campaigns to drive inbound leads.
  • Content & SEO - Create compelling website content, write SEO-driven blogs, and optimise on-site copy to boost organic traffic.
  • Email Marketing - Own the email marketing calendar and execution via tools like Mailchimp.
  • Creative Assets - Design or edit brochures, digital assets, and visual content using Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Reporting & Strategy - Monitor performance across channels, report on ROI, and continuously refine the digital marketing strategy.

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, with experience in paid media a must-have. SEO and email experience are a bonus.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • A creative eye and content creation skills - you'll be generating ideas and executing them regularly.
  • Ideally confident using tools like Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and SEMRush (or similar).
  • Curious, collaborative mindset and an interest in sustainability.
  • Comfortable in a small business environment - flexible, proactive, and up for wearing a few hats!
