The Role

  • Create and implement strategies that connect client goals with media plans and audience insights.
  • Turn performance data into practical recommendations and establish measurement frameworks to evaluate success.

  • Combine analytical insight with creative execution to ensure campaigns are on-brand, visually effective, and engaging.

The Candidate

  • 4+ years' experience in either a digital planning or digital strategy position
  • Knowledge of programmatic and/or social media platforms
  • Familiarity with creative production and DCO campaigns
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with a good grasp of statistics
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling
