Role Overview

As the Head of Marketing, you will be the brand custodian, responsible for all external messaging and positioning. Leading an in-house team and collaborating with external agencies, you will oversee a range of activities from content creation, marketing communications and take ownership of the brand. Your leadership will ensure the hotel's reputation as a premier destination is upheld and enhanced.

Key Responsibilities:

路Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a dedicated marketing team, ensuring alignment with the hotel's objectives and strategic position the business in the market

路Media Relations: Develop and execute proactive media strategies to ensure global coverage is the highest quality.

路Community Engagement: Forge partnerships within the business community to position the hotel as a leading community, top employer, and sustainable establishment.

路Marketing Communications: Oversee the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, manage website content, and collaborate on joint programs with luxury brands.

路Crisis Communications: Develop and implement crisis communication plans, providing training to key staff to ensure preparedness.

What we need from you:

路Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

路Experience within a luxury brand across 360 marketing.

路Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and internal stakeholders.

路Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

路Experience in media relations, community involvement, and marketing communications.

路They are open to other industries than hotels, but they are looking for someone to lead the brand and is a strong decision maker with luxury experience
