Senior CRM & Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: London(2 days per week in office, including Thursdays)Salary: £60,000-£70,000

A well-known UK brand is looking for a Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of integrating CRM and digital performance marketing. This newly created role blends strategic leadership with some hands-on involvement in paid media, ensuring campaigns are coordinated, data-driven, and deliver measurable results.

The Role

  • Lead and coordinate CRM and digital marketing across multiple channels

  • Manage a team including CRM Manager, CRM Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media & Content Manager, and Content Executive

  • Develop a joined-up performance marketing strategy, making full use of 3rd party data

  • Oversee paid campaigns with external agency partners

  • Work closely with brand and campaign teams to ensure alignment

  • Provide input into martech strategy (currently SFMC & Tealium, with potential changes ahead)

About You

  • Strong performance marketing experience, comfortable with data-led decision making

  • Proven leadership skills (managing at least 1-2 people)

  • Industry background flexible - fast-paced, data-driven sectors like retail preferred

  • CRM experience is an advantage, but performance expertise is key
