Digital Print Production Specialist

Location: Central London (W1)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience + Overtime

Our client, established in 1995 and based just off Oxford Street, is one of Central London’s most respected and award-winning 24-hour digital and large format print businesses.

The Role

They’re expanding their team and are on the lookout for two experienced Digital Print Production Specialists.

Available Shift Patterns

Position 1:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 7am – 4pm
  • Saturday: 10am – 4pm

Position 2:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 11am – 8pm
  • Saturday: 10am – 4pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee jobs from estimate through to delivery operating within very tight deadlines
  • Operate high-spec digital printers and Xerox Fiery RIPs.
  • Perform finishing tasks using wiro binding, laminating, folding, and commercial guillotine equipment.
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to imposition, bleed, crops, step & repeat, and minor artwork adjustments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of digital/commercial print shop experience – (this is essential so please do not apply if you don’t have it)
  • Expertise in digital printing and document finishing.
  • Mac IT skills and confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to assist others.
  • A flexible, team-first attitude, with readiness to support others and work overtime when needed.
