We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation based in the North London area, seeking a Compliance Support Officer to support the Technical Services team. This is a busy role ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple systems. Candidates with experience in statutory electrical compliance will be highly regarded.
This is a hybrid position, with one day per week in the office (Tuesday) and the remainder worked remotely. The contract runs initially to July 2025, with potential for extension.
Key Duties:

Review risk assessments, service records, and raise necessary repairs/actions.

Monitor completion of actions and update internal systems.

Upload compliance documentation to internal systems accurately.

Arrange appointments for statutory checks and liaise with contractors and residents.

Handle compliance queries professionally, ensuring strong audit trails.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:

Administrative experience within compliance, housing, property services or building safety.

Preferably, knowledge of statutory electrical compliance.

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems.

Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to workload.
