Are you seeking a management position within IP? We are currently working with a leading law firm who are seeking an IP Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is being offered on a 100% remote working or hybrid working.
What experience will you need? To be successful, you should ideally hold the CIPA / CITMA qualification and have experience in managing IP operations. Within this role, you will be responsible for overseeing IP formalities and docketing operations, so ideally, experience in both patents and trade marks. Excellent formalities knowledge and strong people skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you’ll need experience within a management position.
Duties:
- Overseeing the functions of the entire IP operations team.
- Implementing processes.
- Effectively managing risks.
- Ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of operations carried out.
- Identifying areas for improvement.
- People management.
