The Osborne Grove Assessment Centre will provide 37 beds of off-street accommodation. Assessment and Move Workers will carry out an in-depth assessment to determine an appropriate move on option for people accessing the service and then to support them to make the move within 12 weeks.
The Team will complete a safety plan with all service users and ensure these are reviewed and updated periodically or as necessary.
The team will work with service users to ensure they have ID and are in receipt of all benefits that they are eligible for.
A harm reduction approach will be taken to working with service users around their health and substance use.
People with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) will be able to access bedspaces.
Work on a rolling rota, early and late shifts - 8-4.30pm and 2-10pm and weekends.
No over night shifts with some long weekends off (3 or 4 days off in a week). Working with rough sleepers with complex needs.
