Our international client requires an Inbound Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes2. Receive stock into systems3. Outbound stock back to fulfilment centres into systems, once the product has been imaged4. Palletising stock to and from fulfilment centres5. Unboxing and preparation of products for shooting6. Repacking items after production to get them sent back to the fulfilment centres7. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols8. Maintain an organised and clean working area, ensuring the studio spaces are clean, tidy, and ready for use at all times.9. Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues10. Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication12. Provide administrative support for the studio operations team as required.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in a studio, inbound, outbound, prepping, repacking or production house environment2. Familiarity with inventory management systems3. Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, etc

Physical Requirements:1. Ability to stand, walk, and move equipment for extended periods2. Lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 20kg) frequently3. Bend, kneel, and reach to access and organise equipment

Duration: 9 months
