The Role:
As the Document Controller, you will play a vital role in managing and organizing the project documentation that is crucial to the success of their workplace transformation projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all documentation is tracked, updated, and stored in compliance with company processes and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all records are properly filed and easily accessible.

Collaborate with project teams to collect, distribute, and update documentation as needed.

Implement version control to ensure all documents are current and accurate.

Coordinate document approval processes and track changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide support in retrieving and preparing documents for project reporting and client presentations.

Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and relevant industry standards.

Act as a point of contact for document-related queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in document control, administration, or similar roles, preferably within a project-based or design-focused industry.

Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

Proficient in using document management software and systems.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar document control standards.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
