Document Controller

Ridgeway & Co are working with a leading interiors specialist based in West London,seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and well-established company delivering high-end interior fit-out projects across the capital.

Location:West London
Salary: Up to 35,000 (depending on experience)
System: Procore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company standards

  • Use Procore to upload, track, and organise project drawings, specifications, and related files

  • Support the project and site teams by ensuring all documents are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible

  • Ensure compliance with document control procedures

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding documentation requirements

  • Maintain document registers and assist in project handover processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller

  • Strong working knowledge of Procore (ideal, not essential)

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
