About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Document Controller to manage the document control function across our construction projects. You’ll support project teams to ensure all documentation, drawings, and records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company standards. Attitude is 100% key, if you do not have the necessary system knowledge, but you are a 'can do' 'go getter' positive approach person, then you could be the one!

  • Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy document control systems (e.g. Aconex, Plexus, SnagR).

  • Ensure timely distribution, quality, and accuracy of all project documentation.

  • Support project setup, onboarding, and coordination of site office requirements.

  • Track and chase outstanding RFIs, Technical Submittals, and project reports.

  • Prepare and issue project registers, reports, and O&M manuals.

  • Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain document flow.

  • Support compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

  • Assist with site communications, newsletters, and H&S documentation.

About You

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

  • Experience with document control systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Previous construction or engineering project experience preferred.
