Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage and maintain documentation for a high end fit out and refurbishment projects. You will ensure accurate control, distribution, and compliance of all project documents, supporting the delivery team in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update document control systems.
  • Ensure accurate distribution and filing of drawings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage document flow.
  • Support compliance with project standards and quality requirements.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years A-site experience on construction projects.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
