Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Lewisham.

Role Purpose

  • Lead and improve how student and course data is handled, including systems for funding and compliance.
  • Oversee all exams processes, ensuring they run smoothly and meet official standards.
  • Make sure the right data is submitted on time to external funding and regulatory bodies.

Main Duties

  • Run and develop the student data and funding systems, making sure data is accurate and meets funding rules.
  • Work closely with funding agencies and ensure internal teams understand the data and timetable requirements.
  • Lead audits related to student funding and data, acting as the main point of contact for inspectors.
  • Manage the exams process from start to finish, including planning, staffing, and liaising with awarding bodies.
  • Track and report on performance, funding, and student outcomes using easy-to-understand data tools and dashboards.
  • Lead a team, set goals, monitor service quality, and improve performance across data, funding, and exams areas.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in data management, funding compliance, and audits.
  • Experience with large data systems and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Strong leadership in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Skilled in performance reporting and strategic planning.
