As Night Manager, you will be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.
Reporting to the Director of Front of House you will be responsible for the safety and security of all guests and staff as the smooth running of the hotel at night.
Loscar London is seeking a Night Manager who is passionate, adaptable, and experienced in hotel front office operations, ideally within a luxury environment. The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of night operations, including accounting procedures.
In addition, an in-depth knowledge of Londonits attractions, landmarks, and points of interestis essential, along with strong overall hospitality expertise.

Qualifications and Requirements
Previous luxury hotel related experience
Proven experience in managing/supervising a team
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Protel,
Attention to details
Good guest contact skills
Good telephone manner
