Vacancy Overview

Position: Day Shift Engineer

Location: Moorgate (5 to 10 minutes walk from the station)

Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off

Hours: 7am to 7pm

Salary: 51,000

Overtime available!

Main tasks:

  • Managing PPM workload and completing within required time frame
  • Responding to and rectifying emergency issues on site
  • Ensuring professionalism and communication with clients and tenants are maintained
  • Keeping accurate logs and records of maintenance tasks
  • Ready to assist with external contractor inductions and walk-arounds
  • Occasionally assist with HVAC maintenance on site (AHU's, FCU's, Pressurisation units, Plumbing etc.)

What does a suitable candidate look like?

  • MUST hold a level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification (i.e. City & Guilds, NVQ, UK ENNIC Or Degree)
  • MUST hold a 18th edition certificate
  • This site values candidates with commercial and critical experience within building services
  • The hiring company values candidates with strong evidence of longevity at current/past jobs.
