Overview
Our client, a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor, is looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale and technically complex projects across the commercial, aviation, and data centre sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for projects ranging from initial concept through to final tender submission
Review design documentation and specifications to produce competitive and compliant tenders
Work closely with the pre-construction, design, and delivery teams to ensure cost accuracy and buildability
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
Support value engineering exercises and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
Contribute to bid presentations and client meetings when required
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, labour rates, and industry standards
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E contracting sector
Strong background working on commercial, aviation, or data centre projects
Excellent understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methodologies
Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications
Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Based within a commutable distance to London with flexibility for hybrid working
