- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and first-line repairs across commercial buildings
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety and compliance standards
- Work independently across multiple sites as part of a foot mobile role
- Foot mobile role covering Landmark buildings in Central London (Zones 1 and 2)
- Travel expenses can be claimed back
- City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience within facilities management or building services
- Comfortable working independently and managing a mobile workload
- £25 per hour
- Overtime available
- Ongoing training and development
