M&E Cad Technician

M&E Cad technician is required for a M&E Building Services consutlancy based in Hertfordshire.�The Company have a turnover of �30m and have been trading for 15+ years. We are looking for a M&E Cad technician who is�knowledgeable in either Mechanical or Electrical but is willing to learn the other�discipline.�

Your Duties�will be�

• Coordination of Electrical Services�
• Working drawings�
• 2d Drawings�
• Records Drawings�
• CAD modelling�
• Use of Autocad�
• Liaison with various disciplines to produce fully co-ordinated drawings
• Attending regular site meetings
• Working with consultants and subcontractors
• Must have minimum 3 -5 years' experience working in a similar role
• Carrying out design, validating and MEP installations
• Able to work with a small team
• Working on multiple MEP projects from start�through to completion/ handover

The company are looking for a�candidate who has�previously worked in Building Services and can hit the ground running we are looking to pay �40k - �45k depending on exp.
