Principal Technical Manager – MEP Background - £90 – 95k + Car + Package – London

I am currently working in partnership with a leading Main Contractor who is looking to appoint a Principal Technical Manager to their London office to manage and lead a variety of projects ranging from Commercial to Pharma to Data Centres to Mixed Use Schemes

The company are one of the largest privately-owned construction companies within the UK with a full order book for the next 2 years and even more work in the pipeline. They work closely with specialist sub-contractors to produce high-quality projects with great value to the client.

As the Principal Technical Manager, you will be involved in managing the contractors' proposals, producing project-specific scope of works, reviewing M&E design on all projects you are managing, producing design programmes with relevant teams and improving the technical quality output of internal and external teams.

My client is looking for this person to have experience managing and leading projects as well as project teams, have good technical knowledge of Electrical Design and others, and an understanding of life cycle cost and value creation.

Ideally, this individual would have worked for a MEP Consultancy and an M&E contractor, but the main emphasis is on the Electrical Design knowledge.

They encourage a very flexible work / life balance with the wellbeing and safety of their employees at the forefront of the business. They are a rewarding and progressive organisation who offer their employees the opportunity to grow and develop their career the way you want to take it.
