Location: Kensington Role: Drama Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons across Key Stages 3-4, catering to diverse performance interests and abilities.
- Inspire students to develop their performance skills, theatrical knowledge, and appreciation for different genres.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a rich and varied Drama curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Drama.
- Potentially direct and support school drama productions and extracurricular drama clubs.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Drama at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) within a creative and engaging setting.
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and theatre.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for drama and the ability to inspire students' creative and performance development within a supportive and brilliant environment.
