Location:EalingRole:Drama Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

Delivercreativeand challengingDramalessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dramatic techniques and theatrical styles withinDrama, fosteringcreativity.
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Creative Arts to share best practice and enhance theDramacurriculum within ourcreative school.
Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress inDrama, valuingcreativedevelopment.
Direct and support schooldramaproductions and extracurriculardramaclubs, encouragingcreativeparticipation.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree inDrama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience teachingDramaat secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with a focus oncreativity.
Strong practical and theoretical knowledge ofDramaand theatre, with experience in fosteringcreativeperformance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students inDramathroughcreativeactivities.
A passion for fosteringcreativityand performance skills throughDramawithin acreative schoolenvironment.
