What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be crafting and delivering captivating Drama lessons that explore a range of theatrical techniques, texts, and performance styles.
  • It's about fostering students' confidence, communication, and collaborative skills through active participation in dramatic activities.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a genuine specialism in Drama or a closely related subject.
  • Ideally, you'll have some experience teaching engaging and effective Drama lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • A strong understanding of dramatic theory and practice, plus that unique ability to inspire students and facilitate creative exploration for girls.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a knack for creating a positive and supportive atmosphere.
