About the Drama Teacher Role:

We are seeking an exceptionalDrama Teacherto join our dedicatedDramadepartment. The successfulDrama Teacherwill have the opportunity to teachDramaacross Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students with engaging lessons and a love for the performing arts.

What you'll do as a Drama Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative Drama lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where students can explore their creativity and develop their passion for Drama.
  • Teach a variety of Drama techniques and performance styles, fostering students' understanding of theatre and performance.
  • Direct and produce school productions and Drama showcases, providing opportunities for students to shine on stage.
  • Assess and monitor student progress in Drama, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the development of the Drama curriculum and departmental resources, ensuring that our teaching remains current and engaging.

What you'll need to be a successful Drama Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
