Pay: £180–£225 per day

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver engaging, dynamic drama lessons that spark creativity and build confidence

  • Support students of all abilities to develop performance, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Plan and prepare lessons (support available for unqualified teachers)

  • Encourage a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment

  • Direct small performances, scenes, or showcases where needed

  • Manage behaviour with a calm, proactive approach

  • Work closely with other staff to ensure students thrive academically and personally

  • Provide constructive feedback and help students achieve their full potential

What We’re Looking For
  • A passion for drama, theatre, and creative arts

  • Confident classroom presence with genuine enthusiasm

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage young people

  • Reliable, adaptable, and ready to step in quickly

  • Experience working with young people (in or out of school) is a bonus

  • Qualified or unqualified — training and support provided for the right person
