SANZA Teaching Agency is working closely with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Ealing to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher for the full academic year starting September 2025.

This full-time role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who have a strong passion for Early Years education and a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

Role Overview:
  • Lead teaching in a Reception class within a well-resourced Early Years setting

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in team planning and curriculum development

  • Deliver creative, play-based learning experiences tailored to young children

  • Monitor and assess children's progress using EYFS framework assessment tools

  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that supports all pupils

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Early Years experience or relevant training

  • Has a confident and up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS curriculum

  • Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, patience, and commitment to early childhood development

  • Is proactive, reflective, and eager to contribute to whole-school initiatives
