Nursery Nurse

Location: Across the Islington Borough, LondonStart Date: ASAPSalary: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience & qualifications)Contract: Ad-hoc, ongoing flexible work

Are you a qualified Nursery Nurse or an experienced Early Years practitioner looking for flexible, ongoing work in welcoming nursery settings across Islington?

We're currently recruiting for Nursery Nurses and Early Years Assistants to join a network of lovely nurseries on an ad-hoc basis. With a variety of shift patterns available - including 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, and 10:00am-6:00pm - this role is ideal for those looking to fit work around other commitments.

Continuous work is available during term time and school holidays for those seeking consistent placements.

• Work within Early Years settings across the Islington borough

• Support children aged 0-5 in play, learning, and personal care routines

• Help to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment

• Work flexibly across different rooms and age groups as needed

• Collaborate with nursery staff to deliver engaging and inclusive activities

• Level 2 or 3 qualified Nursery Nurses preferred, but experienced unqualified staff will be considered

• Experience working within Early Years or nursery settings

• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different environments

• Warm, enthusiastic, and confident supporting young children

• Ongoing, flexible work to suit your schedule

• Continuous shifts available during holidays for those wanting extra hours

• Opportunity to gain experience across multiple settings in Islington
