Are you passionate about early years education and looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at a well-established Montessori nursery in Horley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a nurturing, child-led environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel happy and secure.
- Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing updates with parents and colleagues.
- Working closely with a supportive team who value collaboration and creativity.
- Taking part in regular training and team meetings to continue developing professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (this is essential).
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them flourish.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable, but not essential – we value enthusiasm and potential just as much.
