Nursery Teacher        

£150-£160 per day

An Ofsted graded ‘Good ‘primary setting, are seeking a talented Nursery Teacher, beginning after the May 1/2 term until the end of this academic year.

The school is 2 forms in entry and is led by a driven leadership team who can offer you a clear and structured working environment. Children here are eager to learn, and behaviour is of a good standard throughout.

The Nursery Teacher will confidently lead a team of 6 support staff and teach a class of Nursery children who attend on both a full and part-time basis . There are also 2-year-olds within the setting .

The school has been praised for its attentiveness to the successful teaching of phonics and early mathematics from an early age, with its staff teaching of this being effective.  Children with Special Educational needs are identified accurately, and are well catered for. Staff welfare and well-being is considered and reviewed on an ongoing basis

Safeguarding of its children is at the heart of everything, with the school being praised for both its pastoral support network, and its processes in protecting children and young people.

The school is accessible from both South Tottenham and Seven Sisters station.

Requirements

The desired Nursery Teacher will have;

  • Experience of Teaching at Nursery level ideally
  • A fully enhanced DBS registered to the update service, along with 2 professional references.
