The successful Reception Teacher will:
- Be an ECT or have previous experience teaching in the EYFS.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via PGCE or Bachelor of Education
- Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development milestones.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a safe, stimulating environment.
- Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability to their teaching practice.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and show a proactive approach to professional development.
This postion offers between £37,101 to 51,047 in accordance with the M3 - UPS3 Pay scales. Always paid PAYE not via umbrella.
