The school is seeking an experienced, passionate, and fully qualified Early Years Teacher to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team from January 2026, teaching in either Reception or Nursery depending on experience and preference.

About the Role
You'll lead an engaging and inclusive EYFS classroom, delivering an inspiring curriculum that supports every child's academic, social, and emotional development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons rooted in EYFS pedagogy and the Early Learning Goals.
- Creating a warm, stimulating, and language-rich environment that promotes curiosity and independence.
- Using formative assessment to track progress and tailor provision to individual needs.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues across the school.
- Working collaboratively with the EYFS team to share best practice and continuously enhance provision.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this role is not open to ECTs.
- Strong experience teaching in Nursery or Reception within a UK primary setting.
- Deep understanding of the EYFS Framework and child-centred learning.
- Creative, reflective, and passionate about early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and collaborative approach.
