About the Role

Academics Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school in Greenwich. This role involves working alongside teaching staff to assist in the delivery of lessons, offer one-to-one support, and provide occasional cover when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with students and act as a positive role model

  • Support pupils with additional needs by delivering tailored intervention strategies

  • Track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

  • Deliver sessions to small groups, individuals, or full classes in the teacher's absence

  • Offer one-to-one mentoring to students with behavioural or emotional needs



The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have previous experience in a similar support role

  • Work well both independently and as part of a team

  • Understand classroom responsibilities and learning objectives
