PMLD Teaching Assistants - Daily Supply - Greenwich

Remedy are currently seeking SEN teaching assistants to join a large SEN secondary school based in Greenwich. You will be supporting children with complex needs, PMLD and ASD.

Although experience supporting special needs in a school setting is preferred, any personal or professional experience supporting complex needs is what actually matters in this role to nurture and support the children. This role does require personal care.

  • Hours: 8:45am-3:30pm, Mon to Friday
  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £97 - £112 per day, depending on experience

  • End date: Ongoing, Temp to Perm

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
  • Any personal or professional experience supporting children with complex needs
  • Any qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desired
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desired

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH REMEDY, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
