Are you passionate about supporting children in their earliest stages of development? We are currently seeking Early Years Teaching Assistants to join vibrant and supportive primary schools and nursery settings across London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a nurturing nature, patience, and a genuine enthusiasm for Early Years education to make a meaningful impact during a child’s most formative years.

The Role:
  • Support pupils aged 3–5 in Nursery and Reception

  • Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering play-based learning

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, especially for pupils with additional needs

  • Encourage social, emotional, and language development

  • Contribute to observations, learning journals, and progress tracking

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience working in an EYFS setting (school or nursery)

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

  • Warm, patient, and proactive with a child-centred approach

  • Confident supporting speech, language, and early literacy development

  • Understanding of SEN and inclusive practices is desirable

  • Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Education or equivalent preferred
