What We're Looking For in an Early Years Teaching Assistant:
A qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant with a Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare
Experience in nurseries or EYFS classes (school-based preferred)
A creative and caring approach to supporting early learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
