As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide academic support to students across Key Stages 3 to 4
Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
Offer targeted interventions to individuals or small groups
Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Support students with additional needs to reach their full potential

This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or individuals looking to build a career in education.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A degree (minimum 2:2) in any subject
A strong interest in working with young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and patient approach to supporting learning
Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
